Our daughter was not standing up at 18 months. Ashley came over, identified the issue as a core strength one. She then worked with both our daughter, and us as parents, on some exercises to help both during the sessions with Ashley, as well as for us to do with our daughter in between our appointments with her. Within three weeks, our daughter took her first steps and she is becoming stronger every day. We can’t say enough about Ashley and her ability to size up the situation, put a plan together, and remedy the situation.

I’ve been working with Ashley for five weeks now following a significant sporting injury fracturing multiple vertebrae in my neck and back, as well as my sternum. After a week in the hospital, coming back home being almost seventy years old was an almost overwhelming task to contemplate my recovery. Ashley has provided me the support to feel positive and confident in regaining my mobility and maintaining my strength while waiting for those bones to heal.
