He takes the payment the same way he does for a visit, over the phone or in the office. Your card details never touch this website.
The card goes out
By email, to you or straight to the person it is for — your choice, and you can ask for a date if it is for a birthday.
They book
They mention the code when they call. We look it up at the front desk and take it off what they owe.
Massachusetts gift certificates stay good for at least seven years, and ours carry no expiry date at all. There are no fees, nothing is deducted for not using it, and any balance left over stays on the card.
Tell us who it is for
Nothing is charged here. Justin will call you to take payment, and the card goes out by email once it is settled.
We ask for a name, an email and a phone number, and nothing else. There is no message box on purpose: this is a medical practice, and anything typed into a form here would travel further than it should. If you want a line on the card, tell Justin when he calls and he will add it.
