Build the body you’ll need, before you need it.
$500 for the year · $100 per sport-specific screen
A baseline that catches problems before they cause pain, and a plan to build on. You wouldn’t skip your annual physical or go years without a dental cleaning. So why wait until something hurts to see your physical therapist?
What it is
The Movement Physical is our twice-yearly program for people who aren’t hurt yet and want to stay that way. Each visit starts with a 3D Kinotek movement assessment, which gives your physical therapist a precise, data-driven picture of how your body moves.
Then you sit down one-on-one with a physical therapist who already knows you: your history, how you move, your past challenges and how far you’ve come. No starting from scratch, no repeating yourself. Together you set goals that grow with you, so you’re not just staying out of pain, you’re staying active, capable and strong for the long haul.
What’s included
- A 3D Kinotek movement assessment
- Grip strength, part of every assessment
- A one-on-one review with your physical therapist, who already knows your history
- A whole-person conversation about movement, lifestyle and goals
- Goals we set together, and a plan to keep you moving well year after year
What you leave with
A baseline
Numbers you can compare next time, so progress is something you can see.
The why
What we found, in plain language, and what it means for what you want to do.
A plan
What to build next: at home, in the gym, or with our team.

- Soccer
- ACL risk
- Gait and running
Who it’s for
For the golfer who wants twenty more seasons, the athlete who wants to stay on the field, the woman heading into menopause who wants a plan, and the parent who wants one trusted team for everyone at home, from the teenage athlete to the grandparent.
$500 for the year, two visits. A single sport-specific screen is $100. We are out of network with all insurances and provide a superbill; HSA and FSA cards are accepted.
Questions
I’m not hurt. Is this for me?
Yes. That is exactly who it is for. The best time to build capacity is before life asks for it, and a baseline makes small things visible before they become big things.
How often?
Twice a year. That is all it takes to see what is changing and adjust the plan.
How is this different from my athlete’s sports physical?
A sports physical clears the heart and lungs. It doesn’t look at how your athlete lands, cuts or loads a hip. The Movement Physical does.
What happens after?
You leave with a plan. Some people take it home; some keep building with our coaching programs, strength training or sports performance sessions.
