More than rest and six weeks

For the woman who was told to rest, take it easy, and come back in six weeks — but knew something felt off long before that.

Pregnancy and postpartum are not medical conditions. But they are profound physiological events — and your body deserves a team that treats them that way. From your pelvic floor to your protein intake to your mental health, this is a team trained specifically for this season of your life.

Cape Concierge Prenatal + Postpartum Coaching surrounds you with a pelvic health specialist, perinatal nutritionist, and postpartum mood support — working with you from your first trimester through your return to full activity. Because clearance at six weeks is a starting line, not a finish line.

Is this you?

Built for this exact season

  • You want more than “rest and come back in six weeks” — you want a team that treats pregnancy and postpartum as the physiological events they are.
  • You want pelvic floor, core, and movement guidance from someone trained specifically for this stage, not generic advice.
  • You want real support if postpartum mood or recovery feels harder than anyone told you it would be.

This program works alongside your existing OB-GYN — we don’t replace your obstetric or gynecological care, we support everything around it.

How it works

One program. Two phases. Always on call.

Your program moves with you — starting prenatally to get ahead of pain and prepare your body for birth, then picking back up at six weeks postpartum to guide a safe, progressive return to movement. Nutrition support runs through both phases, and postpartum mood support is built into every plan, not offered as an afterthought.

Questions

Before you book

Do I need to already have an OB-GYN?

Yes. This program works alongside your existing obstetric care — we don’t provide OB-GYN services directly, so you’ll want your prenatal and postpartum medical care established separately.

What does “on call” actually mean?

If something comes up between your scheduled visits — a question, a concern, something that doesn’t feel right — you can reach your team directly, and we’ll come to you in person if needed.

Why is a postpartum mood check-in included for everyone, not just an add-on?

Because most new moms aren’t offered this kind of support at all. We think every postpartum plan should include it, not just the ones where something has already gone wrong.

Do you accept insurance, HSA, or FSA?

We’re intentionally out-of-network with insurance across Cape Concierge — that’s what gives your team the time to treat you as a whole person, and to build your plan around your goals rather than what a claims adjuster will approve. HSA and FSA funds can be used toward your program.
