For coaches, programs & schools

The protocol your team runs on Monday.

We build the injury-prevention plan. Your coaches run it from a phone, rep by rep, filmed by the clinicians who wrote it. Four apps are live today, and every one of them opens with drills you can run tomorrow — no account, no card.

1We build the plan

Our clinicians build the sport-specific warm-up and prehab plan for your program, from the injuries that sport actually produces.

2Coaches run it

Every drill is filmed. A coach runs the warm-up from a phone at the start of practice, with no clinician in the room and nothing else to change.

3We track adherence

Enrolled programs get their teams' prescribed drills and daily check-ins, so you can see what the roster is actually doing.

Published apps

Every sport, one app

PlayProtocol

Warm-up, strength and recovery drills for school sports — soccer, basketball, volleyball, football, field hockey and lacrosse.

The app a coach opens at the start of practice. Filmed drills a coach can run without a clinician in the room, grouped so a warm-up takes the first ten minutes of the session and nothing else has to change.

For lacrosse programs

LAXProtocol

Lacrosse-specific injury prevention — the ACL, the hamstring, the shooter's shoulder — filmed rep by rep.

Built with our clinicians for the injuries that keep lacrosse players off the field, most of which never involve contact. Includes printable handouts for players and parents.

For soccer programs

SoccerProtocol

Landing, cutting and ball mastery — filmed agility and landing work, a strength block, mobility and recovery, and wall-and-ball touch.

Land the cut, keep the ball. The two things a soccer season asks of a body over and over, trained deliberately instead of left to the game to teach.

For basketball programs

HoopsProtocol

Form, handles and ankles that last — filmed form work at the rim, both-hands handles, a strength block, mobility and recovery.

Both hands, every rep. Shooting and handling work sitting on top of the ankle and landing mechanics that decide whether a guard finishes the season.

Common questions

Do the apps cost anything?
Every app opens with free drills and no account — a coach can run a warm-up the same day they download it. Each app's own page lists exactly what is open and what a paid tier adds.
Who built the drills?
The protocols are built by the clinicians at Cape Concierge Physical Therapy and filmed with them. Tatzel Labs builds and publishes the apps.
Do we need a Cape Concierge program to use them?
No. The apps are public and anyone can download them. Enrolled programs get their teams' prescribed drills and daily check-ins on top.
What does the managed injury-prevention program add?
We build the sport-specific warm-up and prehab plan for your program, onboard your coaches, and track adherence, so the whole roster stays on the same page.

Bring the program to your school.

We onboard your coaches, build the plan around your sport and your season, and stay reachable when something goes wrong mid-season.
