Benefits of each program
Sport Specific Training
Offering1:1 training sessions to prepare for upcoming sport season and reduce likelihood of injury. Each session individualized to the athlete and their goals. Additionally if you have a team of athletes looking to train together, customized training sessions are available. These sessions are tailored to the age and fitness level of each athlete.
Recovery Session
The goal of a recovery session is to facilitate muscle recovery, reduce muscle soreness, reduce muscle fatigue and to improve circulation. When your muscles aren't able to recover properly in between practices or games, they won't be able to perform at their maximum potential. A recovery session may include a wide variety of restorative techniques: stretching, rolling, mobility exercise, soft tissue massage, low-intensity exercise, compression boots, cold tub and/or sauna.
Mobility & Stretching
A session tailored towards improving your joints range of motion and your muscle's flexibility, promoting overall movement efficiency, control, and musculoskeletal health. These sessions may include dynamic stretching, static stretching and mobility exercises.
Youth Athletic Development (Ages ≈ 5-12)
Have your child learn how to move like an athlete! Youth athletic development is a progressive approach to build your child's fundamentals needed for every sport: movement skills, coordination & athleticism. We build a strong foundation of physical literacy and injury prevention through an age-appropriate program that considers developmental stages. Get your child away from their tablet and have them jumping, running, dodging, skipping, crawling, balancing, catching, kicking, throwing and most importantly HAVING FUN!
Athletic Development (Ages ≈ 12-18)
This is the next step up from youth athletic development. Your child has the fundamentals down and has increased physical literacy. Now is the time to start to get a bit more specific with training. Age-appropriate introduction to weight training and sport specific training while still considering your child's developmental stages and never forgetting the fundamentals learned through youth athletic development. Learn to train, train to train, train to compete, and train to win while still keeping things light and FUN!
