More load than her body can recover from

For the athlete training harder than ever — while sleeping, fueling, and recovering less than her body needs to keep up.

More practices. More travel teams. More specialization, earlier. What hasn’t kept pace is sleep, fueling, and strength training — and that imbalance shows up as missed periods, lost muscle, mood changes, and, left unaddressed, the beginning of a much longer problem.

Cape Concierge Female Athlete Coaching is built around the physiology of an athlete whose training load has outpaced her recovery. Your team — a strength and conditioning coach, sports physical therapist, and nutritionist — builds a plan around movement, fueling, and recovery, so the cost of specialization doesn’t show up years from now.

Is this you?

Built for the athlete outpacing her own recovery

  • Your athlete is training more, specializing earlier, and something feels off — missed periods, constant fatigue, or recovery that never quite catches up.
  • You want a plan built around movement, fueling, and strength — not generic “rest more” advice that doesn’t fit an athlete’s schedule.
  • You want a team that catches small red flags now, before they become bigger problems later.

This program works alongside your athlete’s pediatrician. If we identify a red flag that needs medical evaluation, we refer back to their existing provider rather than treat it in-house.

How it works

One 8-week arc, bookended by real data

Every plan starts and ends with a Movement Physical with Nicole Shirley — measuring where your athlete is now, and how much has changed by week 8. In between, strength training and nutrition support build the foundation most training schedules skip entirely.

Training with a friend? Bring a partner enrolled in the same program and strength sessions are 50% off for both of you.

What this program doesn’t cover: additional support for identified red flags — mood, pelvic health, or medical concerns. For athletes under 18, these are referred back to their pediatrician rather than added as an in-house visit.

Questions

Before you book

What if we notice something that needs medical attention?

We’ll always refer back to your athlete’s pediatrician. This program supports movement, fueling, and strength — it doesn’t replace their existing medical care.

How do we choose between 1× and 2× per week?

That’s worth a conversation at your Movement Physical — Nicole can help you decide based on your athlete’s current training load and goals.

Do you accept insurance, HSA, or FSA?

We’re intentionally out-of-network with insurance across Cape Concierge — that’s what gives your team the time to treat your athlete as a whole person, not a diagnosis code. HSA and FSA funds can be used toward your program.
