No one told you what comes next

For the woman who started the medication — and immediately realized no one told her what comes next.

GLP-1 medications change your relationship with food, your weight, and your metabolism. What they can’t do on their own is preserve your muscle mass, optimize your protein intake, or address the emotional complexity of a body in transformation.

Cape Concierge GLP-1 Coaching fills the gap medication alone can’t close. Your team — physical therapist, nutritionist, and strength coach, with medical and behavioral support brought in only where you need it — coordinates around the clinical realities of GLP-1 therapy: muscle preservation, metabolic adaptation, and behavioral health.

Is this you?

Built for the woman making this change

  • You’re on a GLP-1 medication, or seriously considering one, and want more than the prescription alone.
  • You want to lose fat without losing muscle, strength, or bone density along with it.
  • You’re ready to address the physical and behavioral sides of this change at the same time.
How it works

One core program. Support added where you need it.

Every plan starts with a movement physical and a nutrition intake, building the strength and fuel foundation your body needs before training begins. From there, medical and behavioral support are added only where they’re actually needed — decided together at your evaluation, not sold as an upgrade. After your first 16 weeks, you continue with lighter-touch maintenance.

The programme

Physical therapy, nutrition & strength training

This is the non-negotiable foundation — every GLP-1 client needs an injury-safe start, proper protein and micronutrient intake, and strength training to preserve lean mass and bone density.

Questions

Before you book

How long does the program run?

The core program is 16 weeks. After that, most clients continue with lighter-touch remote monitoring or in-person check-ins, plus a 3-month follow-up Movement Physical.

Do I need Ashley Curl or Laura Zanfes?

That’s decided together during your initial evaluation — Ashley if you don’t already have a prescriber actively monitoring your GLP-1 symptoms and progress, Laura if sleep, food noise, or behavior change need extra support. Neither is required.

Do you accept insurance, HSA, or FSA?

We’re intentionally out-of-network with insurance across Cape Concierge — that’s what gives your team the time to treat you as a whole person, and to build your plan around your goals rather than what a claims adjuster will approve. HSA and FSA funds can be used toward your program.

What happens after the core 16 weeks?

You’ll have a 3-month follow-up Movement Physical to check your progress. Most clients also continue with some ongoing monitoring — we’ll walk you through the options that suit where you’ve got to.

Ready to get started?

Start with a movement physical and nutrition intake — your team will build the rest of your plan around what you actually need.
