Dr. Ashley Katzenback
I have been treating patients on Cape Cod for the past 16 years. I love what I do. It brings me great joy to help patients reach their goals. I am a working Mom, a wife, an athlete and a lacrosse coach. I truly understand the value of your time. Concierge physical therapy allows me to provide the level of service that you need to reach your full potential. I am on a mission to help patients who are in pain avoid unnecessary surgeries, pain medications and injections.
I started Cape Concierge Physical Therapy because I want to use my education, training and clinical expertise to evaluate patients and determine the best course of treatment. The COVID-19 epidemic has forced me to re-evaluate how I can most effectively help patients. Time is of the essence, it takes far too long to see most medical providers because there are simply not enough of us. Cape Concierge PT can streamline your road to recovery because I value your time as much as your health.
Cash Based
Physical Therapy
After practicing in the outpatient setting for the past 16 year, I became fed up with insurance companies deciding how I get to treat my patients. An HMO shouldn't get to decide how many visits my patients need. Massachusetts reimbursement rates are some of the lowest in the country, forcing clinics to see 3-4 patients every block just to keep the lights on. Everyone's financial situation is unique. With rising co-payments and daunting deductibles, value based care is more important than ever.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why don’t you accept my insurance?
You get what you pay for. Most of the clinics on Cape Cod are short staffed and overworked. With Cape Concierge PT you ONLY work with me! Do you want to go to PT for 2-3 hours a week (mostly to work on on your own), for a copay of $45 or more each session? Do you have the time to go 2-3 times/week for months until you break up with your PT? Or do you want to be seen 4-6 times total over the course of a 4-6 weeks? I'll leave it up to you what sounds like the better option.
Can I submit to my insuarance for reimbursement?
In most cases yes, you can get reimbursed for out of network services if you have this as part of your benefits. You will need to contact your insurance company rep to find out. If you have a HSA Card (Health Savings Account), I accept those as well. The amount you get reimbursed makes my fees often just like a copay, except the service you get is MUCH better than your typical clinic that takes insurance.
What steps are involved in submitting a claim to my insuarance ?
Cape Concierge Physical Therapy will provide you with an invoice at the time of service, and you may submit that invoice and receipt to your insurance company for reimbursement. The invoice has all of the necessary information (business name and address, tax ID, national provider identification, license numbers, etc.) as well as the patient’s ICD-10 (diagnosis) and CPT (billing) codes. You may choose to submit bills following each visit, one time per month, or at any other interval, typically up to one year following your treatment visit.
