Direct One-on-One Care
with a Doctor
After practicing in the outpatient setting for the past 16 year, I became fed up with insurance companies deciding how I get to treat my patients. An HMO shouldn't get to decide how many visits my patients need. Massachusetts reimbursement rates are some of the lowest in the country, forcing clinics to see 3-4 patients every block just to keep the lights on. Everyone's financial situation is unique. With rising co-payments and daunting deductibles, value based care is more important than ever.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you accept my insurance?
We do not accept insurance; however, most insurance companies will reimburse for some of the cost. Rather than be dictated by insurance companies, Cape Concierge PT chooses to be a direct care provider. For most of our clients, this allows them to save in the long run VS seeing a traditional physical therapist. Typically, within 1-3 sessions, we can find and resolve the root of the problem. This also means less visit for you! Skip the co-pay every time and let us solve your pain more efficiently, one on one.
Can I submit to my insuarance for reimbursement?
In most cases yes, you can get reimbursed for out of network services if you have this as part of your benefits. You will need to contact your insurance company rep to find out. If you have a HSA Card (Health Savings Account), I accept those as well. The amount you get reimbursed makes my fees often just like a copay, except the service you get is MUCH better than your typical clinic that takes insurance.
What steps are involved in submitting a claim to my insuarance ?
Cape Concierge Physical Therapy will provide you with an invoice at the time of service, and you may submit that invoice and receipt to your insurance company for reimbursement. The invoice has all of the necessary information (business name and address, tax ID, national provider identification, license numbers, etc.) as well as the patient’s ICD-10 (diagnosis) and CPT (billing) codes. You may choose to submit bills following each visit, one time per month, or at any other interval, typically up to one year following your treatment visit.
