Supportive & Palliative Physical Therapy
Comfort, dignity, and independence at every stage
Physical therapy focused on quality of life, delivered in the comfort of home.
$210 / session
Physical therapy isn’t only about recovery. For people living with a serious, chronic, or progressive illness, the right care can ease discomfort, conserve energy, and protect the independence that matters most.
Our supportive care is built around one question: what would make today better? Sometimes that’s walking to the porch. Sometimes it’s getting comfortable in bed, or being able to sit at the table for a family dinner.

Frequently asked questions
Is palliative care the same as hospice?
No. Palliative care focuses on comfort and quality of life at any stage of a serious illness, and it can happen alongside treatment. Hospice is one type of palliative care for the final stage of life.
What if my needs change?
We adjust. Your plan is reviewed regularly with you and your family.
