Weighted Vest Walking Club

We have been having so much fun walking with our weighted vests that we want to invite you to join us!

Cape Concierge PT will be hosting a Weighted Vest Walking Club. We will meet at the Fit Republic to do a warm up together and then we will walk (and talk). There are countless benefits of walking with a weighted vest and even more for walking outdoors with friends.

We are having a hard time picking days and times though, so we NEED your help. What is the ideal time for YOU:
