During our wellness workshop, I asked everyone to put their phones away in the back of the room. I included myself and therefore, forgot to take photos of our amazing speakers and sponsors. So I owe a HUGE thank you to Home Town Juice Bar for the delicious and nutritious food, LMNT for the loading us up with electrolyte packets, Dude Wipes for stocking us up for Fall Sports, and my husband, Stephen, for ordering all of the pens, lanyards and stickers!!! I did manage one photo at the end and I think it speaks volumes. It takes a village and I am so happy we are all in this village together.
With gratitude and excitement,
