# Cape Concierge Physical Therapy > Concierge, direct-pay physical, occupational and speech therapy, coaching and movement > screening on Cape Cod and the South Shore, Massachusetts, from one coordinated team. > We fix what hurts, then build you for what's next. Care is one-on-one, at your home, > your office or your gym, or in offices in Sandwich and Plymouth (The Pinehills). Cape Concierge Physical Therapy (CCPT) is an out-of-network, direct-pay practice. Patients are seen one-on-one by a credentialed clinician. The practice is out of network with all insurances and provides superbills after every session so patients can submit claims for reimbursement; HSA and FSA cards are accepted. What the practice is for, in its own words: helping people understand their own bodies and build capacity before life asks something hard of them. Every plan of care ends with a plan for what comes next, usually a Movement Physical or a coaching program. Tagline: "Strong, inside and out, at every age and every stage." The podcast is *Strong, Inside and Out* (Apple Podcasts: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/strong-inside-and-out-education-as-an-intervention/id1896300077 · Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/show/4FS1TgkMuMW54jrMAz5hED); the newsletter is The Movement Memo; educational videos are on YouTube at https://www.youtube.com/@CapeConciergePT. ## Contact and locations - Phone: 508-564-8877 · Fax: 888-684-5968 · Email: justin@capeconciergept.com - Sandwich office: 315 Cotuit Rd, Sandwich, MA 02563 (inside Fit Republic Gym) - Plymouth / Pinehills office: 30 Golf Drive, Plymouth, MA 02360 (inside Village Sports Club) - Home and workplace visits across Cape Cod and the South Shore, Chatham to Duxbury - Telehealth available ## Site structure The home page carries anchored sections (approach, team, locations, FAQ, contact); each service, coaching program and clinician also has its own page. There are no separate /about, /our-team, /faq or /contact pages — those paths redirect to home-page sections. The full URL list is at https://www.capeconciergept.com/sitemap.xml. - [Home](https://www.capeconciergept.com/) — approach, team, locations, FAQ, contact - [Services](https://www.capeconciergept.com/services) — hub for the nine service pages below, grouped as therapy, training, screening, coaching, apps and talks. The talks section lists the talks and workshops the team already gives (office ergonomics, longevity, osteoporosis, bone density, foot health, balance and vertigo, pickleball, bladder health, menopause), in person or virtual; pricing depends on the event and booking is through the contact form - [Movement Physical](https://www.capeconciergept.com/movement-physical) — the practice's front door for people who are not hurt: a twice-yearly 3D movement assessment and one-on-one review with a physical therapist, $500 for the year; a single sport-specific screen (pickleball and tennis, baseball, soccer, ACL risk, gait) is $100 - [TPI Golf Screen](https://www.capeconciergept.com/tpi-golf-screen) — 90 minutes with Mary Ladd Walsh, DPT, CSCS, TPI Medical and Fitness certified: a head-to-toe movement screen, golf swing video analysis (bring an iron) and a personalized golf fitness program, $250. Physical therapists, not golf coaches; findings can go to your golf pro - [Blog](https://www.capeconciergept.com/blog) — articles on movement, recovery and healthy aging - [RSS feed](https://www.capeconciergept.com/feed.xml) — every post, newest first - [Full article corpus](https://www.capeconciergept.com/llms-full.txt) — every blog post as plain Markdown in one file; each post is also served alone at its canonical URL + `.md` - [Coaching programs](https://www.capeconciergept.com/coaching) — hub for the five programs below - [What we recommend](https://www.capeconciergept.com/shop) — books, recovery tools and everyday supports the clinicians use, grouped by what they are for. Affiliate links; the practice does not sell or ship anything from the site. - [Events & workshops](https://www.capeconciergept.com/events) — live webinars and education evenings run by the practice's own clinicians. Each series has its own page with dates, topics, who leads each session, and a sign-up form - [Gift cards](https://www.capeconciergept.com/gift-cards) — request a gift card toward any service. Emailed, no expiry date; the practice takes payment by phone, and the site processes no card details - [Apps](https://www.capeconciergept.com/apps) — the practice's apps, built with its clinicians and published by Tatzel Labs LLC. HomeProtocol (iOS and Android) is the home-exercise app for patients: the practice's warm-ups for walking, golf and pickleball, a ten-minute morning routine, short breaks and balance practice with no code, and the physical therapist's own plan loaded with the code from a visit; free, no account, nothing for sale. Four sports apps for coaches and teams: PlayProtocol (all school sports, iOS and Android), LAXProtocol (lacrosse, iOS and Android), HoopsProtocol (basketball, iOS and Android) and SoccerProtocol (soccer, Android; the iPhone version is with Apple for review). Every app opens with free routines and needs no account. Drill counts and pricing live on each app's own page, linked from /apps, so there is one place they can be right. The practice also runs a managed injury-prevention program for schools and clubs: CCPT builds the sport-specific warm-up and prehab plan, onboards the coaches, and tracks adherence - [Privacy policy](https://www.capeconciergept.com/privacy-policy) ## Services Offered at the offices, in the home, or at the workplace.
